Well we got lucky again this season. Although we had to deal with the Oil disaster at least we didn’t get any Hurricanes. Now the busy hurricane season it’s “Officially” over and not only New Orleans but the U.S. coast has been spared any major storms for a fifth straight year. But we had 19 named storms formed in the Atlantic this season and that’s the third-highest total on record, and 12 became hurricanes, the second-highest total on record. But as we know it’s not how busy the season is it’s where they go. So no need to look to the tropics for at least for another 6 months.
