- So who do you think is the most Powerful Woman in the World. Locally Saints part owner and Vice President Rita Benson LeBlanc has to be in the top 5. We have some strong powerful women on our City Council and working behind Mayor Mitch Landrieu. And we have some powerful business owners that are women, like the Demo Diva. None of them get onto Forbes’ annual 100 Most Powerful Women list? They come from: billionaires, business, lifestyle, media, nonprofits, and politics. Remember these candidates were ranked by money, traditional and social media influence, and their “reach” or power base. The top 10 and some others.:
